Gullak project was launched by Namud Network in November 2017 to promote SADQA culture in children.
PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Initially we bought and painted terracotta Gullaks and our students fill them to help the oppressed Muslims of Rohingya.
In the next phase we extended this project to the community and distributed the beautifully painted Gullaks to children visiting our stall in the Family Expo.
Then we included Syrian Refugees in our beneficiaries.
Finally we called upon all the children for Gullak Project Ceremony followed by a family mela on 8th April 2018.
Children were also awarded with gifts as a token of appreciation together with Free Swimming in Namud Recreational Club’s Pool.
We sent the fund collected for oppressed Muslims through Al-Khimat Foundation.
